About Melbourne Care Mission

At Melbourne Care Mission, we are dedicated to providing compassionate in-home care and disability support services tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Our process begins with a thorough initial evaluation, allowing us to truly understand your situation, preferences, and goals. We take the time to listen to what matters most to you, ensuring that you are matched with a support worker who can provide the right care, guidance, and connection.

We are committed to supporting individuals who are at risk of experiencing greater disadvantage. Through our personalised approach and comprehensive services, we aim to reduce vulnerability and create pathways toward stability, independence, and improved quality of life. Our work focuses on breaking the cycle of disadvantage and empowering people to move forward with confidence.
